Are you finding it hard to get a job?
It's a tough time for young people seeking work but Southend YMCA can help you maximise your chances. Get involved with our volunteering projects and you'll gain relevant work experience and increase your confidence. Via the huge range of different projects we offer, you could pick up CV building skills from 1st aid qualifications to volunteering awards. You'll develop as an individual and as a valued member of a group.

Southend YMCA offers support, guidance, education, housing and kindness and our staff are committed to helping young people define their goals and achieve their dreams.
