Breastfeeding Support

Southend YMCA and A Better Start Southend partner to provide friendly support groups across the borough for expectant and new mothers to gain advice, guidance and support for feeding their child.

Tea, crafts, advice and friendship can be found this way.

Coaching & Mentoring

We deliver early intervention coaching and mentoring for 8 to 19 year olds. We can support with issues such as bereavement, confidence, substance misuse, aggressive behaviour, social exclusion and more, as a delivery partner for Essex County Council's Family Intervention Fund.
